Fees for Professional Services and Retreats
Individual Sessions
The charge for an Energy Psychotherapy/Emotional Freedom Technique session is $190 for an initial hour-and-a-half intake session and $125 per hour thereafter. This is true for virtual (e.g., FaceTime, Zoom, etc.) appointments as well. Please plan to pay at the time of service. Remote sessions can be paid in advance by Venmo, check, or by Paypal for international clients (which permits credit card payments). Nancy does not do third party reimbursements, but you may submit receipts to your insurance company. You may be reimbursed if your insurance company pays for services provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Payment Options
Should you wish to pay by credit card, this can be done via PayPal (additional fee applies). Payment for sessions can also be made via Venmo or check.
Retreats
The cost of the two-day retreats is $1250 exclusive of board and room; three-day retreats: $1500. Extended one-day sessions: $100/hr. (Refer to refund policy below.)
Packages
Packages of six (6) sessions may be purchased at the discounted price of $625 (this works out to approximately $104 per session).
Please note that the six-session discount is nonrefundable.
Refund Policy for Retreats
Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be made for cancellations received up to thirty(30) days before the retreat or event is scheduled to begin.
50% of all fees and tuition will be made for cancellations received up to ten (10) days before the retreat is scheduled to begin.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within ten (10) days of the workshop, retreat, or scheduled event. However, you may apply the tuition to any other workshop or to individual sessions.
Cancellations must be made and approved in writing...either by mail or e-mail.
